Super Soul Sunday

This is truly a wonderful way to spend your Sundays.

If you are at church, DVR it!!

This is the most positive TV out there.

She has different spiritual and motivational guests every week. With in depth interviews and practical advice about the journey towards self discovery and growth.

There are also little snippets called “Soul Pancake” that are really fun and positive.

I hate when I miss it.
